Gotmerchant Review
I have no confusion in my mind about the services of Gotmerchant.com when I refer new merchants to this great company. One of the prime reasons why I am writing these reviews is to provide my readers with most authentic information about merchant service providers to enable them to take an informed decision when contacting to any MSP. The goal is to assist merchants in finding a top class MSP, and without doubt, Gotmerchant.com is one of such site.
To start with, you can have an idea about their quality services by visiting their detailed testimonial section on their website. You can find three pages full of testimonials provided by their past clients, and from real people, as I personally contacted few random people. All of them were happy and satisfied with the services provided by Gotmerchant.com.
They are also putting effort in creating a resource and information pool for their merchants as they recently created a blog with a lot of information that can assist merchants. The blog contains information about ecommerce industry as well as information related to merchant account industry. For me, blogs are really value added service provided by MSPs, as they can work without it, but deciding to put an effort and time to create one is a sign of good company.
The company is providing its services since 98, but after digging deep on World Wide Web, I was unable to find any major complaint or bad review about them. For a company working for 15 years now, this is more than impressive.
Even though, the company is following good and ethical business practices, but I am little worried about their contract term that is for at least 2 terms, and a cancelation fee of 500 dollars. I read this is also negotiable, so make sure to discuss your contract terms in detail before making a decision.
For me, the site is 5 out of 5 star company.
